With the preferred due date program, residential customers can pick the date their utility bill is due each month, such as the 1st or 15th.

Sign Up

To enroll in the preferred due date program, call Customer Service at 352-334-3434 before you receive your current month's bill. Available payment due dates will be determined by the meter reading schedule for your service location.

Note: Meters will continue to be read on the same schedule, regardless of your new bill due date. Since you will still be billed for the same number of service days, you will not see an increase or decrease on your bill as a result of your request.
