GRU Water Adjustment Request Form
This form does not guarantee that a credit will be applied to your utility bill. You will be notified by phone or in writing if the request has been approved, denied, or if additional information is needed. Requests must be made after the leak has been repaired and received within 90 days of the billing date.
The repair invoices from work completed must be attached when submitting the request. If applicable, adjustments will only be applied after the leak has been repaired and the consumption returns to normal. Please note it may take up to 3 months for adjustments to post to your account.
