Before You Start Your Service for New Business

Due to legal and operational requirements business customers are not able to start service online. Please read the information below in its entirety and call Customer Service at 352-334-3434 during regular business hours.

Special Cases and Fees

Some service requests required additional fees or time to complete.

  • You are requesting a same-day connection (limited availability, additional $40).
  • You are requesting a Saturday connection (limited availability, additional $50).
  • You are requesting a meter installation for new construction (at least 15 business days' notice is required).
