GRU Renovating Downtown Lobby
Consider using alternate payment and service options

Beginning Tuesday, September 8, GRU will renovate the downtown administration building’s lobby to enhance customer service. Customers may continue to make payments and conduct other business in the lobby as renovations are being completed. However, GRU lobby customer service staff will be reduced during construction.
To get faster service, consider using these alternate payment and service options:
Online Options
- Start Service
- Stop Service
- Move Service
- Pay your bill with Click-2-Pay (one-time online payment) or Auto-Pay (monthly by bank draft)
By Phone
- Pay your bill with credit card using Speedpay
In Person
- Pay your bill in person at our Neighborhood Stop 'N Pay locations
