Connection Assistance
Payment Assistance
- Payment Extension: Upon request, you can receive a seven day payment extension beyond the scheduled disconnected date, or 14 days after the due date. Call Customer Service for more information
- Family Hardship Extensions: This program is available for families needing a longer-term extension due to health or other problems. Customers can receive extensions under this program for up to 90 days. Call Customer Service for more information
- Extend-A-Hand Installment Payments: Installments are available if you are unable to pay your bill in full. The options available will depend on a customer's individual situation. Call Customer Service for more information
- Project Share: Provides assistance to people having difficulty paying their utility bill
- Social Service Agencies: Other organizations that can help you with your bills
