Active Solar Water Heater Rebates
Active systems use a pump to circulate water between a storage tank and a collector array. The water heater attached to the solar collector system must be powered by electricity or natural gas supplied by GRU.

Passive Solar Water Heater Rebates
Passive systems employ naturally induced currents or pressure from the attached water system to move water through the collector plate. The water heater attached to the solar collector system must be powered by electricity or natural gas supplied by GRU.
