Business Disconnection & Delinquent Account Charges

Your utility bill is due and payable as of the date shown on the bill.
- A late fee will be assessed on any unpaid balance not paid in full by 7 PM on your due date
- Any bill not paid in full by the close of business on the 7th day after your due date shall be delinquent and eligible for service disconnection
Delinquent Payment Charges

| Returned payment | $20 or 5% of transaction, whichever is greater |
| Late payment | $1 or 1.5% of past-due balance, whichever is greater |
Delinquent Disconnection/Reconnection Charges
| Activity | Charge |
|---|---|
| Delinquent disconnection | $40 |
| Business gas service or water disconnected (meter removed) due to non-payment, safety requirements, unauthorized connection or customer request | Additional $30 |
| Electric service disconnected at point of service (pole, service drop or transformer) | Additional $100 |
| Reconnection requested outside of normal working hours on workday | Additional $40 |
| Reconnection requested on holidays or weekends | Additional $50 |
| Water meter removal due to nonpayment of deferred fees and charges | $125 |
