Smell the fresh air

GRU operates and maintains a PM 2.5 monitor in southwest Gainesville. This monitoring site was instituted through a joint funding agreement between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and the City of Gainesville. The data from this monitor supplements the data that is collected by the FDEP.
