A MEETING WILL BE HELD ON FRIDAY, MARCH 12, 2004 AT 9:30 A.M. AT THE GRU ADMINISTARTION BUILDING [301 S.E. 4TH AVENUE] FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING THE PROJECT AND ANSWERING QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROPOSAL. INTERESTED PARTIES ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.
Three (3) copies of the Proposal should be sent to the above address and received no later than 2:00 p.m., local time, April 30, 2004.
